Jamie brings a fresh approach and true passion for Resort Management and Sales and is committed to creating a prosperous and long term partnerships with clients to help them realise their business goals. Specialising in management rights , Jamie has a great connection with Mum and Dad operators and even the First-time buyers and understands the challenges that arise in the business when you get thrown into the deep end, he's been there before but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
What is STOP sell?, an OTA or even Instagram- it's all very confusing but with Jamie's background and knowledge it’s easy to see why he's the most sort after operator in the business.
The difference Jamie makes when helping his clients manage and sell their resort is not only the astute advice he offers, but the skills he brings with him from his previous employment. Coming from a Management rights business Jamie also has a Business Marketing background he is well practiced in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and he monitors feedback from potential buyers carefully. Known for his diligence, Jamie has a reputation for pursuing sales energetically and maintains an up-to-the-minute database of potential buyers.
As a hardworking, self-motivated, and dedicated agent, client satisfaction is of supreme importance to Jamie. "I always want the best possible result for my clients," he says. "A huge motivator for me is to always strive to exceed my clients' expectations.”
Jamie also takes pride in the relationships he develops with buyers. He points out that “a quick way to lose credibility is to give buyers and sellers poor advice about the market. I think it’s vital to give people frank, up-to-date information about the market. People deserve nothing less.”

James has helped seal the deal on billions of dollars of real estate transactiobns. Initially commencing his real estate career managing short term Rental accomodation- James got curious about the sales process and commenced calling auctions across the competitive Sydney and greater NSW. markets. After winning a few competitions, James became more curious about sales campaigns, marketing and creating competition to ensure his auctions created even more results for the owners. James still calls auctions across the lower north shore, eastern suburbs and north of Sydney as well as greater NSW.
It’s his capacity to read people’s potential to pay more that has allowed him to generate such great results and looks forward to doing so with your asset in the future. Equally his media degree and TV/Radio/Print experience mean the approach to marketing is the gold standard of the industry, creative, engaging and generates not just interest but buyer emotion around your asset.
What excited James about the Motel, Caravan park, and Resort world was a market and service gap- to elevate the way assets are marketed, sold and a greater level of customer service and education.
“Other parts of the real estate industry are using technology, processes(both marketing, sales and management) and service levels that will revolutionise this sector.” Explains James.
James is a father of two girls and is based between Bellingen and Mosman NSW with his partner. He spear fishes/ dives and runs through the state forests for keeping his energy up and mind clear for the demanding levels of energy and focus he expects himself to turn up with for his clients he loyally serves.
